After a life-changing family event and a ‘rebuilding’ trip to France in 2017, Karen Miles launched French Consul homewares & accessories in March 2018 to surround ourselves with timeless, authentic beauty inspired by the classic French farmers’ ‘grain sack’ stripe.

French Consul’s ‘Rue du Septembre’ Collection is made from 100% linen fabric made for French Consul with 100% French flax, woven in one of the last surviving family-run linen mills in Ireland and handsewn in Ireland and Australia.

The collection includes: seven products (three cushions, two totes, the Provencal tea towel, and Fete Table Runner) in four stripe colourways – navy, white, and grey, and the new black grain sack stripe launched June 2019.
